Our Story
A studio built on care.
Established in 2018, Smart Home Staging has grown from a passion for interiors and property into an award-winning home staging business built on creativity, knowledge, experience and a genuinely personal approach.
We believe every home has something special about it. Sometimes it simply takes a fresh perspective, thoughtful design and the right finishing touches to bring that potential to life.
We create interiors that feel warm, welcoming and natural. Spaces that photograph beautifully, make a memorable first impression and, most importantly, help potential buyers feel a connection from the moment they walk through the door.
For us, home staging is about much more than making a property look beautiful. It’s about understanding the home, seeing what already works, recognising what could be improved and making thoughtful choices that allow each space to feel its best.
Every project is approached individually. We work with the character of the property, its architecture, its market and the lifestyle it can offer, creating interiors that feel considered and inviting rather than simply “staged”
In 2025, Smart Home Staging was honoured with 1st place at the EAHSP Home Staging Awards for Best Occupied Home Staging Project, a proud moment that reflects the care, effort, and expertise poured into every space we touch. Our work has received international recognition, but what matters most to us is the trust our clients place in us, and that wonderful moment when a property comes together and you can finally see what was always possible.

For Martyna, every project begins with seeing possibility. She has always been drawn to the way interiors can change how we feel, how the right layout can make a room breathe, how colour and texture can create warmth, and how a few carefully considered details can completely change the way we see a home. That understanding sits at the heart of Smart Home Staging.
Martyna combines her professional knowledge of interior design and home staging with creativity, intuition and an understanding of buyer psychology. She doesn’t approach a property with a predetermined look in mind. Instead, she takes time to understand the home, recognise what makes it special and find the best way to bring those qualities forward.
Martyna’s work was recognised internationally at the EAHSP (GAPHS) Awards 2025, where she received the Best Occupied Home Staging Award. She was also honoured with the EAHSP Spirit Award, recognising the spirit to break barriers and achieve the extraordinary. While these awards are very special milestones, they reflect something that has always been more important to Martyna, continuing to learn, pushing herself creatively and giving her best to every property entrusted to her.
She knows that preparing a home for sale can be exciting, emotional and sometimes overwhelming. That is why her approach is always personal and practical, with respect for the home, the people behind it and the next chapter they are preparing for. For Martyna, no property is simply another project. It is someone’s home, someone’s investment and someone’s next beginning, and that deserves genuine care.
