Our Story
Smart Home Staging was founded in 2018 by Martyna Wilk with a clear mission: to combine beautiful, intentional design with a deep understanding of the real estate market. With over a decade of experience in the property world, Martyna saw first hand how powerful staging could be – not just in selling homes faster, but in helping people fall in love with them.
What started as a solo venture quickly grew into a trusted name in the industry. In 2024, Claire Wright joined the business, bringing fresh creative energy and a shared passion for helping homes reach their full potential. From the beginning, it was a natural fit.
Since February 2025, Smart Home Staging has been proudly co-led by Martyna and Claire, whose combined strengths and vision continue to shape the business. Together, they lead with heart, creativity, and a true commitment to their clients.
In 2025, Smart Home Staging was honoured with 1st place at the EAHSP Home Staging Awards for Best Occupied Home Staging Project – a proud moment that reflects the care, effort, and expertise poured into every space we touch.

Martyna Wilk launched Smart Home Staging in 2018, inspired by a love of interiors and a strong background in real estate. With over 12 years of industry experience, she saw an opportunity to merge smart design with market insight – helping homes not just sell faster, but connect with buyers on an emotional level.
A Certified Interior Designer through the Interior Design Academy of Ireland and an Accredited Staging Professional® with Staged Homes, Martyna brings a refined, strategic approach to every project

Claire Wright
Co-Director, Colour Consultant & Creative Partner
Master Colour Consultant – Staging Studio
Claire joined Smart Home Staging in 2024 and became Co-Director in early 2025. With a natural sense of style and a deep understanding of colour, she brings fresh energy and creative direction to the team.
Certified as a Master Colour Consultant by Staging Studio, Claire specialises in choosing colour schemes that not only enhance a space but also create emotional impact. Whether she’s coordinating finishes or refining a full home palette, she knows how to make colour work with purpose and personality.
Claire also leads as the Shopping Coordinator, sourcing beautiful, functional pieces that elevate a space without overwhelming it. Her talent lies in pulling everything together – from artwork to accessories – to ensure every detail feels intentional and inviting.
Her collaborative approach is all about making clients feel seen, supported, and confident in their home’s transformation.
